FRANKFURT, GERMANY -- Noted Italian designer and architect Paola Navone will create the settings for Dreamland at Heimtextil here, held from Jan. 12 through 15.

The Dreamland settings will be featured in halls 9.1 and 9.2 --the new halls designated for the high-end bed and bath exhibitors. Each of the Dreamland presentations will be structured as wide, pillar-lined avenues that also will offer spacious lounge areas.

In hall 9.1, black and white will be the color statement with the barcode as a recurring symbol in the design. Hall 9.2 will reflect the world of the '50s with lively, bright colors and oversized shapes.

Heimtextil also will feature technology trends including CAD/CAM and ink jet printing developments along with technology in hall 4.0. These activities formerly were in halls 8.0 and 9.0.
