And so when Muhammad himself needed a re-energizing of his own midway through the first half Wednesday night, it's no surprise the Yellow Jackets looked somewhat lifeless in a 72-47 victory against James Madison and former assistant coach Dean Keener.
Tech coach Paul Hewitt sat Muhammad down and tried to get the high-flying senior forward back into the game. Muhammad had been slow getting back down the court on a few occasions.
