Dec. 15--The University of Missouri-Columbia investigated the courses Ricky Clemons took in the summer of 2002 and found no evidence of wrongdoing, the professor who led MU's investigation said.
"Insofar as the hours Clemons earned, yes, they raised a tremendous amount of concern," said Michael Devaney, an electrical engineering professor. "Did we have any evidence of fraud? No. We made a tremendous effort to try and uncover that. And we went even further to try and uncover any link between MU and such an effort, and neither we nor the NCAA could uncover any evidence."
