Available in 0.4 or 0.5 in., low-profile packaging, RFB300/350 series deliver up to 350 W continuously without derating across baseplate temperature range of -40 to +100[degrees]C. Series includes 4 models, all of which use forward converter topology and fixed-frequency switching. Fully encapsulated units generate nominal 12 or 28 Vdc isolated output, have no minimum load requirement, and maintain line and load regulation to [+ or -]0.15% and [+ or -]0.2%, respectively.
