The New Mexico Film Office has announced a casting call for background extras in the TNT/Dreamworks series "Into the West," starring Beau Bridges, Graham Greene, Sean Astin, Skeet Ulrich, Josh Brolin and others.

"Into the West," about 100 years of American history, will be shooting outside Santa Fe from Jan. 10 through Feb. 20 and around New Mexico through May.
