Dec. 6--Instead of going through all the airport hassles such as waiting in a long check-in line and customs queue or hanging around at the airport before you actually take off, wouldn't it be nice to be able to do the following on your next trip?

You arrive at an exclusive terminal dedicated just for you and a few other privileged travellers, and are greeted by a personal assistant who brings you through security control and customs procedures in no time. In the multi-unit superdeluxe facility, a large gourmet restaurant offers buffet items or an la carte menu with dishes like tom ka kai (Thai chicken soup with coconut and spices), Risotto con tartufi neri (risotto with truffles) or Austrian-styled chocolate souffle.

Next to the restaurant is a 1,100-square-metre lounge area with a proper-sized bar, a "comfort" zone, with elegant leather armchairs and sofas where you can rest or taking a nap. Smokers can puff away in a separate cigar lounge.

For those who want to work, there are several small "office units" complete with a large desk, a telephone, notebooks and stationery. The units can be separated by glass doors to ensure maximum privacy and quiet environment.
