Driven by heavy media publicity, traffic on the annualcreditreport.com site was heavy. "We've fulfilled tens of thousands of orders so far," a spokesperson for Costa Mesa, CA-based Experian told CardLine at about 11 a.m. Pacific time. Spokespersons for the two other big bureaus, Atlanta-based Equifax Inc. and Chicago-based TransUnion LLC, had no information when contacted earlier other than to confirm the site was up and running.
