Travelzoo share deal comes due

Twenty-six shareholders are now eligible to sell up to 750,000 shares under the terms of a deal struck in Oct. that required the group to wait until their shares were registered with the SEC before selling them. Travelzoo said in an SEC filing that it won't receive any proceeds from the sale. The sale will add 750,000 shares to the 16.2 mil outstanding. Travelzoo fell 4.5% to 88.75.

** Ctrip.com signed an electronic distribution deal with Pegasus Solutions, which will provide the Chinese travel consolidator with direct access to inventory at nearly 60,000 hotels worldwide. Ctrip jumped 13% to 54.50. Pegasus rose 3.5% to 12.08.

Outlook lifts disk drive makers

Western Digital lifted its Q2 revenue forecast from $830 mil-$865 mil to $885 mil-$915 mil and offered an EPS outlook of 17-19 cents a share; views saw 15 cents.
