Dec. 2--RICS, the London-based international institution of surveyors, is trying to strengthen its foothold in the Asia-Pacific region by creating more public awareness and recognition of the value of surveying professionalism, according to the chairman of the RICS Asia Pacific Board, Sing Cheong Liu.
