Dec. 2--TCC Capital Land, the property arm of liquor tycoon Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, expects to generate revenue of seven billion baht by 2007 from 10 residential projects in Bangkok, according to executive director Wallapa Traisorat.
The company is developing three new residential projects on some of the plots owned by the parent TCC Land. The first project will be a high-end condominium of not more than eight storeys on Phahon Yothin Road, expected to be launched by the first quarter of 2005.
