Dec. 2--The troubled Thailand Elite Card programme is poised for a major revamp after failing to meet initial sales targets and drawing complaints from members over shoddy service, according to Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
The project failed to attract as many members as earlier expected due to the complications inherent in dealing with a wide variety of service providers.
