Democrats cash in despite loss

The Democratic National Committee said it raised at least $13 mil in November, despite the GOP's Election Day sweep of the White House and Congress. That includes $10 mil collected after Nov. 2. The DNC raised $400 mil for the 2004 election cycle compared with $210 mil for 2000. Internet giving made up a large part of the increase.
