FLOYD: I enjoyed the quality of the interior, with its nice leather seats, chrome touches and improved cupholders. This is a great price, just higher than the dynamically inferior, though obviously bigger PT Cruiser drop-top. Yes, there was a lot of racket in the cabin at freeway speeds, but this thing felt about as solid as our long-term hardtop coupe over the road's bumps and bruises. Nice work stiffening the chassis. Great mileage, too. If I lived in a sunny state, was looking for a convertible and size didn't matter, this would be at the top of the list.
WILSON: Want to know how little cargo space you have with the top chopped off? When I picked up Mrs. Wilson at the airport, her roll-aboard bag wouldn't go through the trunk door, even though it fits in those boxes at the airport to confirm its fit for the overhead bin. I kept thinking that if I really needed the top to go down ...
