"It's fair to estimate ... that the number of illegals flooding into the U.S. this year will total 3 million.... Time pointed out that in January, President Bush announced a "guest worker" plan that amounts to an amnesty for illegal aliens, thereby triggering "a run to the border." "All these people say they are coming for the amnesty program," explained Arizona rancher George Morin, referring to the overwhelming influx of illegal immigrants.
