Denmark's state-owned television channel, TV2/Danmark, will be sold this December, with the Danish government retaining a minority interest in the broadcaster. Up to 66 per cent of the shares will be sold.

Media companies interested in the sale include JP/Politiken, Bonnier, Egmont, Berlingske Tidende/Orkla and MTG.
