Nov. 5--The Southern Criminal Court yesterday postponed a ruling against Krirkkiat Jalichandra, former president of the Bangkok Bank of Commerce, until Jan 20.
The court was scheduled to rule on charges against Mr Krikkiat and other former BBC employees yesterday, but announced a delay following a petition by Mr Krikkiat citing health problems.
A prosecutor said the court could ask the police to issue an arrest warrant against Mr Krikkiat if he failed to attend the next hearing without justificiation. The court could then read the verdict one month after a warrant was issued.
