Readers say anything that saves on gas and increases performance is a surefire way to success, so new green machines like Honda's Accord Hybrid should thrive in the market.
Accord's combination of performance and reliability in an attractive package will make it a good buy. Honda will once again have a successful new vehicle on its hands.

Any technology that improves both performance and efficiency is a good thing. Hybrids are more complicated than non-hybrids, but manufacturers have become much better at making them more reliable. There is potential for diesel-electric hybrids too.

This Accord is a sign that we will see more designs incorporating hybrid technology as practical alternatives. Hybrids have a ton of potential because they can make the same or more power as gas-only models.
