Nov. 4--Finansa Plc, the manager of the Siam Investment Fund II, will invest 400 million baht to take a 13 percent stake in Siam Paper, a local producer of printing and writing paper.
Vorasit Pokachaiyapat, the managing director of Finansa Plc, said the new capital would be used to help finance the completion of another production line at Siam Paper.
He added that Finansa would also help support the company's management team.
The registered capital at Siam Paper stands at 1.975 billion baht, with up to 70 percent held by Thongpor Paitong and his family. Finansa, through the Siam Investment Fund II, will become ...
