Nov. 4--Pump prices in Greater Bangkok will be cut by 40 satang a litre today, reflecting lower world crude oil prices, according to Apisith Rujikiatkamjorn, senior executive vice-president for PTT Plc.
The price cut will bring the cost of premium petrol down to 21.99 baht per litre, gasohol to 21.24 baht and regular gasoline to 21.19 a litre. Diesel prices, which remain subject to government price controls, will remain unchanged at 14.59 baht per litre, or nearly six baht lower than the market price.
