Nov. 4--The manufacturer of Safe-T-Cut circuit breakers is considering floating shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand to raise funds for business expansion.
Chaval Sothiwanwong, Safe-T-Cut's founder and chairman, said a public listing would take place next year but no decision had been made yet whether the listing would involve shares of CS International Electronics.
CS International Electronics is the patent owner and manufacturer for Safe-T-Cut (Thailand), which handles the distribution and marketing of ground-fault circuit interrupters (GFCI) and home safety products.
