Nov. 3--With soaring oil prices putting the squeeze on Thai airlines, some of them are choosing to pass the burden on to their passengers in the form of increased fuel surcharges.
Leading the way in the latest wave of fare increases was privately owned PB Air on Monday, while national carrier Thai Airways International is set to increase the fuel surcharge on all its international flights on Dec 1.
