Judges prohibit party challengers

In separate rulings, two U.S. judges blocked an Ohio law allowing political parties to station people at polls to challenge voters' eligibility. They said poll workers should decide eligibility and the presence of inexperienced challengers could impede voting. Three people backed by the state GOP appealed.
