Accredo Health, which provides medical treatment services for the chronically ill, earned 32 cents a share ex items in Q1, down 11% and 4 cents under views. Revenue rose 24% to $416.1 mil. Accredo Health backed its June '05 profit forecast. Shares fell 4.5% to 22.03.

Boise Cascade changed its name to OfficeMax after completing the sale of its paper, forest and timberland assets. George Harad, previously chairman and CEO of Boise, was named chairman of OfficeMax, which Boise bought last year. Chris Milliken became president and CEO. OfficeMax rose 1% to 29.85.
