Developer's riverside homes all sold in two months in Thailand.
Nov. 2--Land & Houses Plc has closed sales of its one-billion-baht Ladawan Na Chao Phraya, a pre-built detached housing project on Charoen Krung Road, within two months after the launch in August.
The 41 units priced between 15 million and 80 million baht, have already been transferred to customers, according to Naporn Suthornchitcharoen, a deputy managing director.
The company began building the project at the start of last year and it was ready to sell in August. L&H said it decided to create a detached housing project, instead of a condominium, because there was no similar low-rise housing ...
