Nov. 1--To climb the corporate ladder at a large multinational company, executives often have to spend some of their working years in an overseas location.

Deciding whether to relocate to another country is difficult for any family because of issues such as schooling for the children or adjusting to a new environment for their spouses, said Stephen Martin, director of Acorn Development Co Ltd, the developer of the Laurel Park housing project in Bang Lamung, Chon Buri province.
