Santa Claus will again bring tidings of joy to online retailers. But the season might not be entirely Grinch-less.
Retailers can expect another record year of U.S. Internet-related sales this Christmas shopping season -- up as much as 20% from last year, say two new reports.

Consumers will spend $21.6 billion buying gifts online this holiday, up 19% from a year ago, says market tracker Jupiter Research in a report to be released Monday.
Rival market tracker Forrester Research predicts online holiday spending will reach $13.2 billion, up 20% from the year-ago period. Jupiter's stats include all of November and December, while Forrester tracks sales from Thanksgiving through Christmas.
