Oct. 17--A buildup of a yeast-type substance inside the beer tap system and old food debris stuck to the knife edge of a can opener were among health violations discovered recently at one York County business.

Drewmar Catering at the Grove at 190 Canal Road Extd. in Conewago Township scored a 73 on its Oct. 5 health inspection.

Jerry Heisey of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services ran the inspection.

Other violations included two non-working lights within the firm's hood system and a leaking pipe under the hand sink.

Heisey did not take any further action beyond the routine health inspection, according to the report.…
