Science is the Lord of the World that has remoulded man and his globe from the stone age to the present era of computer and wireless communications. From antiquity to the present, great minds have toiled to generate great ideas, concepts, and inventions and to discover physical laws that change and reshape the world.

These are men or beings of extra-ordinary intellectual prowess, who sat in solitary rooms while the world slept and applied the powers of the mind to force nature to yield her innermost secrets. Euclid, Archimedes, Copernicus, Galileo, Newton, Michael Faraday, James Maxwell and Albert Einstein are some of the men who changed the world and attempted to remove the stubborn mask of the universe so as to reveal its nature and origin. Their era and subsequent history rewarded them bountifully as they were richly celebrated in their time and later allocated immortal positions in the pages of history.
