Dubai-based Emaar Properties has issued a third round of clarifications for the main package on the Burj Dubai tower project. Bidders have been given until 29 September to respond to the clarifications, which are expected to be the last. Seven groups of companies submitted bids to build the 710-metre-high tower, although it is unclear whether all received the request for further clarifications.
