[Presenter] A hepatitis outbreak has taken place in Ulyanovsk. Several dozen people have already been taken to a local hospital which can only house six patients.

[Correspondent Rodion Tuninskiy] The village of Yasashnaya Tashla in Ulyanovsk Region is on the verge of a hepatitis A outbreak. Thirty-five villagers have been diagnosed with Botkin's disease [infectious hepatitis]. Hepatitis cases have been registered among both children and grown-ups. People have been taken to hospital from work.
