TOKYO, Oct 8 Asia Pulse - Major department store operator Mitsukoshi Ltd. (TSE:2779) on Monday will open an annex to its flagship store in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. The company is targeting 21 billion yen (US$189 million) in sales at the annex for the first year.
