Lotus, IBM join Small Business Development in creating $35,000 computer labs for small-business owners, managers

The Puerto Rico Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which has five offices on the island, recently inaugurated microcomputer learning centers in its Mayaguez, Humacao and Rio Piedras branches. The centers are a product of joint efforts on the part of the National Association of Small Business Development Centers, the Lotus Development Corp. and the International Business Machine Corp (IBM).
