Jan. 5--Kodak (Thailand) Ltd plans to spend 300 million baht to open about 60 newly designed photo-processing outlets under the Kodak Express brand this year.
The move would bring the number of Kodak mini-labs nationwide to 730 by the end of this year, with 200 existing outlets redesigned to match the new look, said M.L. Anavaj Srithavaj, the marketing operations manager for consumer imaging products.
Kodak's competitor Fuji has 900 labs.
