Apr. 3--The state-run Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and TEM Co will form a joint-venture company to provide a non-toxic waste treatment service, beginning early next year.
National Waste Management Co will be established with registered capital of 200 million baht. The IEAT will hold a 25 percent stake, TEM 45 percent and retail shareholders the remainder, according to IEAT governor Anchalee Chavanich.
Thai-owned TE currently provides services to recycle discarded solvents at its facility in Prachin Buri.
