Thailand Developer to List on Stock Exchange When Time Is Right.

Apr. 3--Wang Thong Group, a medium-sized developer, may be listed on the stock exchange within three years.
"We are preparing and waiting until the market really functions as a place to raise funds at lower cost," said Pramote Chedsdawarangkul, the company's executive director.
The right timing would be when the Stock Exchange of Thailand had stabilised and the property sector had recovered, he said.
Wang Thong says that it meets listing requirements based on its performance and paid-up capital of 400 million baht. The firm's plan to be listed several years ago was derailed by the recession.
