Jun. 3--Rising demand has prompted Nava Nakorn Co, a major developer of industrial land in Pathum Thani, to develop a new industrial estate in Nakhon Ratchasima.

Managing director Nipit Arungvongse Na Ayutthaya said the company would raise at least one billion baht through the stock market to finance the project.

The company hopes to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand early next year with DS Prudential Co as its financial adviser.

Covering 1,900 rai, the new estate will be developed in phases.

Initially, 30 percent of the area will be prepared, mainly to house factories making electronic ...
