2004 OCT 7 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc., (LBTT) has entered into a 4-year contract with International Medical Consulting Group (IMCG) of Dallas, Texas, for its Chinese company, Shanghai Science Medical Equipment, Ltd., to distribute Lifeline's proprietary MastaScope Mammary Ductoscopy System in the People's Republic of China.
The distribution agreement requires IMCG to purchase a minimum of 100 systems during the next 4 years.
