2004 OCT 9 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- National Sleep Foundation polls show 58% of adults experience symptoms of insomnia at least a few nights a week, which adds up to millions of Americans struggling to function during the day.

"The good news is, there are new simple steps to help people sleep well," stated Richard Shane, PhD, a sleep specialist affiliated with Boulder Community Hospital medical staff in Boulder, Colorado, and director of the Center For Self Development. "These steps help your mind become quiet and cross over the threshold into sleep - without struggle."
