More Than 10,000 Global Traders to Visit October Asean Trade Fair.

Oct. 1--About 500 leading companies from the 10 Asean countries will join the Asean Trade Fair 2002, a showcase for trading and investment in the region.
The exhibition, to be held from Oct 14 to 20 at Impact, Muang Thong Thani, would provide an opportunity for business talks among more than 10,000 traders from around the world, said Commerce Minister Adisai Bodharamik.
The first international fair for all of Asean after the region was hit hard by the crisis five years ago, the event will showcase farm goods, foods, electronic and electrical goods, automobiles, apparel and gifts.
