CHRISTINE ROMANS, CNNfn ANCHOR, STREET SWEEP: Turning to news headlines, two car bombs rock central Baghdad today, killing 21 people, wounding at least 85 others. Both explosions came near the heavily guarded green zone where many embassies and Iraqi ministry buildings are located.
