Nov. 1--The newly merged Internet service provider CS Loxinfo Co says it is ready to negotiate with the Communications Authority of Thailand to settle the state agency's shareholding in the company.
CS Loxinfo was created following the merger of CS Internet and Loxley Information Services (Loxinfo). It will become the country's second-largest Internet provider with 350,000 customers, behind Internet Thailand with 400,000.
