Nov. 6--The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) is seeking a site for a bleaching and dyeing industrial estate in order to relocate factories from the outskirts of Bangkok to a single site.

The state agency is considering two potential locations. One is an IEAT-owned site covering 1,135 rai in Tha Muang district, Kanchanaburi, being offered for sale at 1.8 million baht per rai. The other covers 1,266 rai in Ratchaburi and is being offered by Mahachai Land Development Co at the same price.

The IEAT board would meet this month to make a final decision, said Samarn Thangtongtawi, the agency's chief engineer.
