Dec. 6--Six groups are competing to install a new billing system and call centre worth a total of two billion baht for TOT Corporation, to bring operations up to international standards.

The six bidding groups are M-Link Asia Corp and Sofricom of France; PricewaterhouseCoopers and Samart Corporation; AMDOC; Loxley Thailand and Accenture; Telematic; and NEC Corp.

All six groups have met the commercial technical qualifications and are now about to start demonstrating their systems.
