Oct. 5--A row between a group of marketing officers and the Stock Exchange of Thailand shows little signs of abating, with some professionals vowing to file suit against the exchange.

The marketing officers are protesting against current market rules originally intended to restrict the practice of headhunting in the industry.

The case involves a team of marketing officers that recently left Seamico Securities to join BFIT Securities.

Seamico Securities argued that the employee departures had not been approved by the company, leading the SET to refuse to issue trading identification cards.
