Syrus Securities to float 54m shares in October IPO in Thailand.

Oct. 1--Syrus Securities plans to float 54 million new shares in an initial public offering from Oct 13-15, with a listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand set for Oct 27.
Another six million new shares will be offered to company directors and employees. Pricing is expected at 10.4-11.4 baht per share, against a par value of two baht each. Tisco Securities, Kim Eng Securities and Seamico Securities are the lead underwriters for the offering.
The new share issue will raise paid-up capital for Syrus to 350 million baht. Major shareholders after the IPO will include Chatchaval Jiaravanon at 12.8 percent and Anucha ...
