Oct. 1--Royal Phuket Marina (RPM) has appointed Knight Frank to oversee the marketing in Singapore and Hong Kong of its six-billion-baht development project on the resort island.

The project, currently the largest development on the resort island, comprises condominiums, luxury villas, a hotel, a retail town centre, boutique shops, a marina and a yacht club.

Significant investor interest in the project is expected from Hong Kong because of RPM's close proximity to key areas of the island.
