Thai auto parts maker expects strong future gains.

Oct. 1--T. Krungthai Industries Plc expects to post strong gains over the next several years due to steady growth of the auto industry.
Auto parts manufacturing is expected to account for 65 percent of TKT's production in 2005, up from 50 percent now. In addition to plastic auto parts, the company supplies parts for the electrical appliance industry.
Chumpol Techakraisri, TKT's assistant managing director, said the move by companies such as Toyota to utilise their Thai factories as a global production base would benefit local parts suppliers, particularly as companies sought to increase the local content of their ...
