IDB Communications Group, Inc., Culver City, Calif., a supplier of specialized telecommunications services, has announced the introduction of new joint service offerings with both the Russian Satellite Communications Co. (RSCC) and Morsviazsputnik. The agreements for private line, public telephone and mobile voice and data communications services between the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Independent States (C.I.S.) are expected to aid further business development in the region by U.S. oil and energy companies and other industries.
