Oct. 2--A proposed agreement aimed at settling differences between Dominion Virginia Power and other parties regarding the utility's plans to join the PJM Interconnection is being circulated.
An agreement, if accepted by the State Corporation Commission, could make a public hearing on Virginia Power's application to join PJM unnecessary. A hearing is set for Oct. 12.
