Jan. 16--More than 10,000 inquiries have been made for low-cost housing to be built by the National Housing Authority.
"Demand is very strong. Our telephone lines are jammed all day," said Chuanpis Chaimuenvong, the authority's governor.
The authority will accept reservations for the first 4,175 units between Feb 14 and 23 at its headquarters in Bang Kapi.
Among them are 477 two-storey houses in Rangsit Klong 3 and 3,698 condominium units, of which 1,530 units are in Pracha Niwet, 692 in Hua Mark, 836 in Bang Chalong (Samut Prakan) and 640 in Nong Hoi (Chiang Mai). There are two types of condo units -- 24 ...
